Building the integrated mosque
The company started its initiative to build integrated mosques by establishing its first model, the Ma’moor Mosque, in the Qurtubah district of Riyadh. The mosque was opened in 2018. The company continues to build its mosques throughout the Kingdom and the world.
Maintenance and Operation Initiative
Landscaping in 2020 AD launched its first initiative for operation, maintenance and cleanliness, entitled: "My Mosque, My Environment". And addressed many charitable and commercial bodies interested in the architecture of mosques.
Mosque systems sale initiative
The company markets its systems in cooperation with marketing agencies by supplying and installing the following systems: the smart system in the mosque, the smart laundries system, the reuse of the control system in the solar energy system, and the security system.
Collaboration and Partnerships
The company sets within its annual plans a major goal to expand the circle of partners in various fields. The company has a number of memorandums of understanding and cooperation that have been or are under process with many different parties inside and outside the Kingdom.
Eqraa Initiative
The mosque is the seat of knowledge and learning: Since the word “read” was revealed to the best of mankind, peace and blessings be upon him, the mosque has been the first destination for Muslims in religious and worldly sciences. For our mosque to be the address of knowledge and learning, for young and old, at all times.

Financial Sustainability
Financial sustainability is one of the most important principles of sustainability that our mosques have worked on, through the application of many systems and strategies that reduce mosque costs and achieve financial returns for it.
Achieving Financial Returns
Providing commercial stores, a nursery for children, a health club, and others, all of which generate financial returns that cover the financing of mosques and the operating costs of the company.
Hydroponics System
The use of the hydroponics system achieves an important and stable source of annual income for the mosque, and it can be repeated according to the season and the needs of the people of the residential neighborhood.
Reducing Mosque Costs
The use of many smart systems and sensors that save and treat energy and water, thus reducing costs for the mosque.

Our mosques are controlled by many smart systems that are specially programmed to serve the mosque, increase its efficiency, facilitate its use, and reduce its operating costs:

Control and Monitor
One of the most important architectural spaces in our mosques is the control and monitoring room, which is a special room that is used only by the security employee in the mosque, and is responsible for many tasks:
Connecting information and systems.
Monitoring and controlling the various mosque systems.
Preserving the security of the mosque and monitoring it internally and externally.
Future Expansion
Our mosques have a high capacity for worshipers, distinguished by the possibility of increasing the capacity of worshipers to double or more when needed and on special occasions (Eid prayers, Tarawih prayers), by taking advantage of the multi-use space feature, in addition to external spaces and roofs.
